  • Engine Codes: Sporadic code P069100 Cooling fan 1 control circuit low. Sporadic code P130A00 Hide cylinder. Active code P151E00 reduced speed threshold for oil pressure switching. Sporadic code P194600 Coolant fan control module 1 faulty/open circuit in voltage supply. Sporadic code P030100 Cylinder 1 misfire. Active code P030300 Cylinder 3 misfire.
  • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – 1.8L Eng
  • Oil is leaking past the piston rings and destroying spark plugs. Caused by carbon buildup between the rings. Recommend engine dynamic restoration service to clean out carbon built up in the engine, and between the rings.
  • Install BG 44K and bring engine to operating temp, Drain oil and replace filter, Install BG dynamic engine cleaner and run the engine at high RPMS for recommended time. Monitor oil pressure throughout. Drain engine cleaner and install BG dynamic rinse oil, remove oil filter and install new one. Fill with rinse oil to crankcase capacity. Run at high RPMS for recommended time. Drain BG rinse oil, and remove oil filter. Install new oil filter and fill with new OEM recommended oil to crankcase capacity. Install BG MOA with oil, to extend the life of the oil.
  • FUEL INJECTOR – Remove & Replace – 1.8L Eng One – [Includes: R&I Intake Manifold Gaskets.]

  • Was leaking from the drain plug, tightened plug and it no longer leaks. Is seeping from the valve cover, must remove the front timing cover to re seal the valve cover. Vacuum pump is leaking and will need replaced.
